Materials, not installation

The catalogue offers asphalt shingles and roofing trim in USD for delivery to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. It is not an offer of installation, inspection, engineering, insurance restoration or emergency roofing work. Product descriptions identify physical construction, pack count and dimensions; they are not a promise of a complete compatible roof system, code compliance, waterproofing performance or a particular service life.

Sending and accepting a request

Place order sends an order request, not a payment and not a binding dispatch promise. The confirmation page provides a reference and confirms receipt. We will contact you using the supplied details, normally within 2 business days, to verify availability, address, quantities, final tax and payment arrangements. A sale is accepted only after we confirm those details and you agree to the final total. Do not arrange labor or remove an existing roof solely on the basis of an unaccepted request.

Prices, units and corrections

Listed prices are per bundle or pack for shingles and step flashing, and per one 10-foot piece for long trim. A quantity of 2 means two listed units, not two individual shingles. The server uses catalogue prices and quantities of 1–20 per product. Parcel-only requests have a $29 delivery charge; any request containing a 10-foot profile has a $149 long-material charge instead. No tax is collected at submission; applicable destination sales tax is determined and disclosed before acceptance or payment, so the displayed request total excludes that tax.

Product selection and responsibility

Read material, gauge, dimensions, finish and pack count before submitting. Standard is the only listed option. Nominal physical dimensions are not installed coverage: exposure, laps, cutting and roof geometry change the amount needed. Verify compatibility and application details with your roof-system instructions and a qualified professional. Images illustrate the listed product form; lighting and screens can change perceived finish. No certification, manufacturer warranty or rated wind/fire performance is represented unless separately documented for the actual goods.

Changes, shortages and cancellation

Contact us promptly with your reference if you need to change a quantity or destination. Before acceptance you can withdraw the request without a charge. Before dispatch, an accepted order can normally be cancelled without a restocking charge; if a carrier has already collected the materials, the returns procedure and actual transport costs apply. If availability, a pricing error or destination access changes the proposal, we explain the revision and seek your agreement rather than charging an unapproved amount. A request can be declined without payment being taken here.

Receiving, returns and problems

Have a recipient available and inspect accessible packaging at arrival. Record visible bends, wet bundles or shortages and contact us within 48 hours when possible; do not handle sharp or unstable goods unsafely. Unused standard goods can be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery under the Returns Policy. Installed, cut, nailed, bent or weather-exposed materials are not ordinary change-of-mind returns. Wrong, damaged or defective goods follow the separate remedy process; statutory rights are not excluded by the ordinary return window.

Responsible site use and questions

Supply accurate contact and delivery details and do not use the form for unlawful content or attempts to alter other shoppers’ records. We may restrict abusive requests or pause the site for maintenance. Nothing here excludes liabilities or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. If a dispute occurs, contact us first with the reference, the affected products and the outcome sought so the issue can be reviewed in context.
