Delivery area and access

We accept requests for street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, international destinations and PO boxes are not offered through this checkout. A street address alone does not guarantee carrier access. Tell us about gated sites, narrow roads, stairs, restricted delivery hours or the absence of unloading space in your notes. Long profiles require a suitable recipient and a clear ground-level receiving area; roof placement and installation are not included.

Two clear delivery rates

Parcel-only requests containing shingle bundles, caps, starter strips or step-flashing packs carry a $29 delivery charge per request. If any item is a 10-foot eave drip edge, rake trim, roof-to-wall apron or W-valley profile, the entire request carries a $149 long-material handling and delivery charge instead; the two rates are not added together. There is no free-shipping threshold. These rates cover the listed delivery area subject to confirmation of ordinary access. Any exceptional access arrangement must be separately agreed before acceptance, never charged silently.

Preparation and transit

After the request is accepted and any separately agreed payment is confirmed, allow 2–4 business days to check, assemble and protect the materials. Parcel transit is normally 3–7 business days, for 5–11 business days total. A request with 10-foot profiles uses long-material transit of 5–10 business days, for 7–14 business days total. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and the initial request-review period of normally up to 2 business days is additional.

Confirmation and tracking

The website does not take a payment or automatically book transport. We contact you to confirm products, destination, access, tax and the final proposal before accepting the order. When shipping is arranged, ask us for the dispatch status and available carrier or appointment information using your reference. Do not assume an email or tracking number has been issued just because the confirmation page appeared. If separate parcels or lengths are proposed, we explain the expected handling and any changed schedule before proceeding.

Address changes, missed delivery and delays

Email or phone us immediately if a destination is incorrect. Changes are usually simplest before acceptance; after dispatch we may be unable to redirect a long load. Any carrier redelivery or storage cost arising from an unavailable recipient or incorrect address will be explained with the carrier’s actual charge before a further arrangement. Weather, road restrictions and carrier disruption can delay estimates. Contact us if the upper end of the confirmed window passes; we will review the shipment rather than ask you to place a second request.

Inspection and transport damage

Inspect the wrapping and accessible ends before signing where practical. Note visible damage on the delivery record, photograph the packaging and affected goods, and retain the packaging until we advise. Report shortages, wet granules, bent ends or a crushed center rib within 48 hours when possible. Do not install suspect materials while a claim is reviewed. Hidden damage should be reported promptly after discovery. The notification target helps investigation and does not remove remedies available by law.

Tax and cancellation

The request summary includes goods and the applicable $29 or $149 delivery charge but no collected sales tax. Destination tax is assessed and disclosed before acceptance/payment, not represented as a tax exemption. Request cancellation before dispatch by quoting the reference; after carrier collection the Returns Policy applies.
