What the checkout does

This store collects an order request and contact/delivery details. It does not collect card numbers, bank account credentials, digital-wallet authorizations or a payment at checkout. Place order means send the request; the thank-you page confirms receipt, not a paid invoice or an accepted sale. Keep the displayed reference so we can locate the request. No automatic merchant email or payment confirmation is promised by this website.

Review before acceptance

We normally contact you within 2 business days to review the requested products, pack counts, destination and availability. We also confirm delivery access for long profiles. If you have not heard from us after that time, contact the merchant using your reference rather than submitting duplicate requests. A request is accepted only when we confirm the supply and you agree to the final amount and separate payment arrangements. You may withdraw an unaccepted request without charge.

What makes up the amount

Catalogue prices are USD per listed pack/bundle or per one full 10-foot trim piece. The request total is the sum of trusted product prices multiplied by quantities, plus $29 parcel delivery or $149 delivery when any long profile is present. There are no site processing or card convenience fees. The request total excludes uncollected destination sales tax; any applicable sales tax is determined and disclosed with the final proposal before acceptance/payment. A tax value of zero on the request is not a tax-free sales promise.

Agreeing a payment method

No particular card brand, financing provider, wallet or payment gateway is represented as integrated. Any payment method and due date must be expressly agreed with the merchant after request review. Never send complete card numbers, authentication codes, online-banking passwords or sensitive payment documents in the checkout notes or ordinary email. Verify unexpected payment instructions by calling the exact phone shown on this site, especially if a message changes a payee or banking destination.

Price changes and authorization

If a catalogue mistake, unavailable quantity, exceptional access need or address correction changes the proposal, we explain the difference before acceptance. You can decline the revised proposal. We do not turn a request into permission for an undisclosed charge or recurring billing. No subscription, stored-card facility or automatic renewal exists here. Do not treat the website reference as proof that funds have been authorized or inventory reserved.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Tell us promptly if you want to cancel. An unaccepted request has no payment to refund. Before dispatch, an accepted order can normally be cancelled without a restocking charge; after dispatch, ordinary returns are subject to eligibility and transport costs in the Returns Policy. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days after the return assessment, which is normally completed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds go to the actual method used where available; provider posting times may add delay. Wrong or defective goods use the separate remedy process.

Questions or suspicious messages

For a disputed amount, quote the reference and identify the goods, delivery charge or tax line in question. Keep any agreed proposal and payment evidence for comparison. Contact us immediately if you believe a request or payment instruction was not yours. Do not post personal payment information publicly.
